Miami-Dade and Broward
Modern residential development rooted in architecture, nature, and the way we live.
Residences
Nine homes in four neighborhoods are in development now.
While a home is still in development, its finishes are yours to choose, until a set date. After that, the home is completed as planned.
About
We believe practicality and function create poetry and beauty.
We select the property, develop it and deliver it finished. You deal with one company.
Every home receives the same care.
Light, landscape and indoor-outdoor living are part of every home.
Who we are
Two engineers from Venezuela who measure a home by how it feels in the morning light.
Founder · Managing Partner
Juan leads the development of every Chahin Ventures residence. His background in commercial construction and hospitality across South Florida informs a considered approach to materials, proportion, execution and detail.
He is especially attentive to the quieter qualities of a home—natural light, privacy, landscape and spaces that feel calm, balanced and easy to live in.
Co-Founder · Managing Partner
Paola studies the context around every Chahin Ventures residence—the neighborhood, the street, the character of the area and the way daily life naturally unfolds there.
She focuses on how a home can support movement, routine and wellbeing without feeling programmed, helping shape residences that feel practical, intuitive and connected to the lifestyle of their setting.
